All Femlo products are produced on state of the art full electric injection molding machines. In this way the most energy efficient production is guaranteed. By using SPC (Statical Process Control) the scrap rate is less than 0.1%.
Recycling
Raw materials are sourced as locally as possible and 100% green electricity is purchased. Since 2019, the entire range of standard clips is also available in PCR (Post-Consumer Recycle) material. On request, the products are NIR (Near-InfraRed) detectable available and in time the entire range will be NIR detectable as standard.
Recent developments are aimed at reducing the consumption of raw materials and increasing the proportion of recycled material, from this the “Clipring light” was born.
Industrial compostable
Most standard products are available in industrial compostable material. Recently the “Clipring ECO” was also added to the product range, a lightweight compostable clip with 100% biobased content.
In the market, industrially compostable clips are also called BIO clips or biodegradable clips.
